I would never tell you that you need to get over it… But I will tell you that it's okay. We all go through struggles, we all have fears, criticisms, excuses and go through various other things. But you are not at the end of your rope, it is not yet the end of your story.

Life may not always be in your favor. It has its twists and turns, but no matter how hard life gets, do what you can to keep placing one foot in front of the other. These challenges will only reveal how strong and powerful a person you are. Take risks and be bold, don’t be afraid to fail, it's all part of the learning process.

I want to remind you that you are the strongest person in this world and the strongest person in your life. You are whole and complete, and control your own destiny in so many ways. Sometimes it can feel so hard, but I want you to know that there is always a way. Reach out as many times as yu need… You learned how to fight, now use these skills to stay strong and think about what life will be like when you find your way out of this difficult time.
